Keyvent app for iPhone and iPad

Keyvent is an app that allows coordinators of events, to plan events within their city, then they can provide their attendees with the app to use during their event.

Coordinators can edit the event overview, location, date and time, duration. They can also add the speakers presenting at the event and include their picture, BIO, topic content including date and time.

Attendees can download the app, register for an event that they want to attend, review the topics of the event along with the speaker information. They can look at the Floor Plan of the event, select a vendor’s icon to reveal their contact information and website along with the ability to enter a note such as questions to ask for later review. As a registered attendee, they can rate the vendor, rate the speaker and be eligible for prizes. The additional benefit to the attendee is that they will have a history of events that they attended, speaker and vendor information for later referral.

A speaker may present several topics at an event, therefore a list of event topics for the speaker, appears within the speakers profile allowing attendees to plan which topics to attend based on the favorite speaker.

Sponsors or vendors are added and assigned to booths by the coordinator, which then appear on a Floor Plan so that attendees can find you more easily.

Attendees will download this app to discover events local to them. They can then sign up, review the speakers and topics, select which topics they want to attend.

Attendees who attend an event, can take notes for a given topic and rate the speaker at the conclusion while its still fresh on their minds.

A Floor Plan is provided and reveals the location of the vendors. Selecting a vendors logo reveals more information about them including the ability to add a note for later review such as questions. They are also elegible to win prizes provided by the vendors simply by attending the vendors booth.

Vendors are provided with the attendees contact information as approved by the attendee for potential followup. This exchange of information is done painlessly, wirelessly.
